Who we are

Kalden Studio is a trade name of Head Expo B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 90099931, VAT NL865209546B01. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions? Email [email protected].

What we collect

The brief on the homepage: your business name, your website if you have one, a one-line description, the style and colours you pick, your logo if you upload it, and your email address.

The questionnaire: the answers you give, such as details about your business, services, opening hours, contact details for your website, domain and company details.

Email: the messages you send us and the files you attach.

Why we use it

To make your free preview, to build your website if you order it, and to reply to you. We do this because you ask us to, before and during an agreement (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and your browser

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. While you fill in the questionnaire, your answers are kept in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later; they are removed after you send them. We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not build personal profiles.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts this website. Web3Forms delivers the brief and questionnaire to our mailbox. Microsoft 365 hosts our email. Resend sends the email with your questionnaire link. Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area; they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your preview and your project. If you do not become a client, we delete your brief and answers within 12 months. Invoices and the data on them are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to send it to you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
